Memberships and subscriptions can only be purchased by direct debit or credit card.
For payments by bank transfer, the coins will only be credited after receipt of payment. Depending on the day of the week and the processing time of the banks, this can take 1-3 working days.
Refusal of payment & restricted payment methods
There can be various reasons for this. Possible reasons could be:
- An increased credit risk may have been classified as part of the credit check.
- Some payment methods are subject to a limit. However, you can use limit-free payment methods such as Paysafecard, Klarna/SOFORT Überweisung at any time.
- Payment was declined by your bank. Please contact your bank directly for clarification.
- If you enter incorrect data (e.g. invalid address, different account holder), the payment may not be processed. Therefore, please ensure that the information you provide is correct and complete.
